Q. Am I in your delivery area?

A. We currently deliver to Bangor and Caernarfon, and villages in the surrounding area.  We also deliver to parts of Anglesey and Porthmadog.  See our Delivery Details page for a more acomprehensive list of where we visit.  If you are unsure whether we can deliver to you, then please get in touch.

Q. What day and times do you deliver?

A. We deliver on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays but sometimes deliver on other days due to other commitments on the Farm.  We will always let you know by email or phone if deliveries are going to be late.  We typically deliver between 10am and 8pm, but the time we stop by your house may vary each week.

Q. Do I need to order each week?

A. Let us know if you would like to set up a regular weekly or fortnightly order, most customers prefer a regular delivery.

Q. What if I'm not in when you deliver?

A. When you order please let us know where you would like us to leave your delivery if you are out when we arrive, preferably under cover. Please put instructions in the comments box (eg.  porch, garden shed, in box, with neighbour etc.)

Q. Do I need to return the bags the veg is deliverd in?

A. Yes please, leave out for us on your next delivery day.

Q. Do you have a minimum order value?

A. Yes, the minimum order value is £8.50, but this does include free and personal delivery to you home or workplace direct from our farm.

Q. How do I pay?

A. You can pay by PayPal, leave cash or cheque on delivery, or set up a regular standing order.  We ask new customers that are trying the box for the first time to pay using PayPal.

Q. Who do I make cheques payable to?

Q. Are you organic?

A. We do not use peticides of chemical fertilisers. We use horse manure on our fields, happily supplied by our 20+ horses, and cover our crops with special giant nets which prevent the pests from eating them.  We can not guarantee that the produce, especially the fruit, sourced by us has not been treated with chemicals.

Q. What if I do not like something in my Bag?

A. Try it, if you don't like it then let us know and we will make sure you don't get it again!

Q. What's going to be in my Bag?

A. Potatoes, onions, carrots and a bunch of surprises!
